Get Inspired by Madonna’s Fit Body.

Madonna, the Queen of Pop, doesn’t shy away from flaunting her toned body in her concerts and music videos. So what keeps her looking young and gorgeous at 54? Her fitness trainer, Nicole Winhoffer shares a few fitness secrets.
According to Winhoffer, Madonna is one of the hardest working individuals around and she loves to maintain her body no matter what her age is. She is dedicated to her regimen and works out six days in a week for two hours each day. Even with a busy schedule, she manages to take out time for her body.
 
Workout is not the only thing that gives the pop diva such an envious body; it involves a proper diet, rest, discipline and focus too.                                          
 
Nicole who has been training Madonna since 2009, advises women to take inspiration from Madonna and start working out to get in shape. Instead of making excuses for not exercising, they should ask themselves why they are being lazy and write in big, bold letters – I am going to be the best version of myself – to motivate themselves.
In order to stay in the best shape, one needs to commit to one’s exercise regimen. 30 minutes of cardio, and 30 minutes of toning makes for a good workout according to Winhoffer. But eating well is also important. Focus on your protein intake to become lean she advises.
